Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

consumer loans

okay, party A sues Party B and gets a judgement. Party B files a appeal. Its been 2 yrs no activity so Party B gets a letter from the court stating it will be drop unless you want to proceed. my question is simply, if neither party proceeds does the orignial judgement stand then? or is everything dismissed as if it never was?
