What is the correct legal form and language to use when making a motion to make the rule absolute?

I have no idea what you are trying to do or why you need to make such a motion. Without seeing the paperwork, neither I nor anyone else can really give you any advice.

If this is general civil litigation in a court of law (not equity), this makes no sense. You do not need to file a motion to make the rule absolute.
