Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

court letter

If I got served and did not go sign off on a cetrified letter in regards to a collection debt can they still grant a judgement in court against me. also I have tryed for years to make a deal on the account to be paid, can they freeze my bank accounts and garnish my whole pay check?

If you were served they can obtain a judgment against you if you fail to respond.
