credit card debt
I have major credit card debt from a prior marriage. I am selling my current home and went to the county court house to find a judgement against me from a credit card companies attorney. Will this affect my selling the house. Is this a lein on my house or just a personal judgement to me. It has been on the books for 4 years.

The judgment will have to be paid to transfer title.
