debt collection after a repossesion
I had a car repossessed about 8yrs ago, was wondering can a debt collecter continue to call you at work and fax things to your employer asking for personal information

No creditor can call an employer after there has been notification that personal calls cannot be accepted. The debt should be beyond the allowed period. You should contact a lawyer. i offer free intial consultations.
