Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Because of health problems I no longer can make the payments on my credit cards.I am 74 and on SS and my wife also.I am on food stamps to make ends meet.The question is what can the credit card co's do to us if we have nothing.We rent and don't own anything of value. Thank you

Not a damn thing! They cannot take your Social Security. If you own anything of value, they might try to sell it, but I have not seen this done with one excpetion. However, they first have to sue you and get a judgment against you.
