Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

Judgement on foreclosed home

A judgement was entered on our home. It was foreclosed on and sold. We never received a deficiency notice, but I just found out that they (bank) removed the judgement from my husband's name, but not mine. Is this just an oversite on the bank's part and I can write them to remove from my name?

Re: Judgement on foreclosed home

If the bank is not legally entitled to further payment a polite letter should correct the banks oversight, if the bank refuses a petition to have the judgement marked satisfied could be filed. I offer free consultations.
