Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I lent my ex boyfriend a large sum of money all together it is $10,500

He signed a paper for $5,000 saying he would pay back with 10% interest with in a month. The next time he borrowed he didn�t sign anything because he was my boyfriend and I trusted him that was 2 years ago. Now he is refusing to pay me back what are my legal options.

file a lawsuit. Depending where you are located you may be able to begin your claim in smalls claim court which would be less costly then commonplease court.
