Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I have several payday loans that are saying that they are taking me to court for criminal fraud. since my bank account was close due to insufficent funds.what should I do

If you knew the money was not in your account, you should shut up and go to jail. If it was an honest mistake, you should pay what you owe them and try to work out a deal.

Have you been sued criminally? If so, then contact a criminal defense attorney as this is no longer a collection matter. If not, have you been sued in civil court? If no, then don't believe the payday lender. They lie all the time. My thoughts are (and I don't know all the facts) that payday lenders are not likely to sue as that costs them money and they must obtain a lawyer licensed in Pennsylvania.

However, I would file a complaint with the PA attorney general.
