Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I have recently fallen 30 days behind on a small loan. The company called my parents(in their mid 70's) and told them that I was in trouble. They told my father that we were going to lose our house, the amount I was behind on, and even asked them if they could lend it to us. I never gave them my parents information let alone their number. I am 40 years old with my own family and now have very worried parents in regards to our finances. What legal action can I take against this company?
