Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

i recieved a postcard in the mail stating it was final delivery from usps and the top says dis court....what does it mean

There is no district court in Pennsylvania if you were sued in state court. The court is called theg court of common pleas. Suits in federal court are brought in the federal district court however.

Since nobody knows what you are talking about and since the time to answer a complaint in Pennsylvania is only 20 days, I suggest that you take this paper to an attorney and pay him or her to review it for you.

Lawsuits are not commenced by postcard - its either by a sheriff/US Marshal, by certified mail or by a process server, if allowed.
