Refund from credit card company
I had by mistake sent a payment to a credit card account I had closed close to 4 yrs ago in Nov, 2006. I have been trying since May of this year to get a refund without any luck. I have provided the date in which the payment was made the closed account number a copy of payment from my bank. What else can I do to get the refund?

File in small claims court. Assert mistake, windfall (to the CC company), conversion (that means theft by taking and keeping what is not yours).
