student loan
I and my nephew are cosigners on a $5k student loan. My sister, the beneficiary, was to make the payments and signed a subsequent contract with me to that effect. I have made a few payments when she is late, and she made a few. She also is on file with the Student loan lender as the person to speak with regarding payment. Can I sue her now for the $5000 loan in order to pay it off?

You can sue her for breach of the contract.
