sued
somebody filed a lawsuit or sued aginst me last year until now it didn't go to the court yet. i recently got my paper in the mail. what do i do now. if the judgement go againt me, is it going to affect my property?

If it is a default judgment notie you have ten days top file a petition to open the judgment. Contact an attorney ASAP. I offer free consultations.
