Type Your Question Here...In PA, Living together with no joint property . Both names are on checking and savings accounts. If one partner dies, is the living partner responsible for the deceased credit card debt?

Generally, there are only 2 methods to incur liability on credit card or similar debt, being the original borrower or agreeing to be jointly responsible as a coborrower or guarantor. If your name is not on any of the debt, you are not liable merely because you own joint assets.
