Unsecured Credit Card Lawsuit
I would like to know if I can add my name as a defendant to a civil lawsuit which is against my husband. U used the credit card and have all knowledge of charges and issues with the credit card compnay. If so how do I go about adding my name? We live in the state of Pa. You really should retain an attorney to help you with this. It may be to your serious disadvantage to join this suit as a defendant.
