writ of execution and/or garnishment pennsylvania
i had this sent to me thru public mail not signed for. the details on the form have instructions of wage garnishment from a bank i do not do buisness with and have no accounts with. This creditor has been told numerous times they have the wrong person just the same name. Will i eventually be served by the sherrif for this and since it was sent not showing reciept of delivery shoul i just wait and see ?
