Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I was 15 and my boyfriend was 19 when I got pregnant. Someone reported it and now we have a case. My mother knew we were together and even let him move in with us when I found out I was pregnant. My question is , considering that my mother let him move in and let us sleep in the same bed for 11 months how long do you think he will go to jail ?

The fact that you mother has such poor judgment is for Children and Youth to deal with. It doesn't mitigate the fact an adult committed numerous statutory rapes. Exhibit A will be you child. He might get a deal but he's looking at significant jail time.
