Ard violation hearing

what does that mean? I was told a probation violation. but he already had one. why would they have another one after he took a plea and is serving his sentence?

Re: Ard violation hearing

ARD violation would be a hearing on the initial offense which resulted in his being placed on ARD. The Court can resentence on the initial offense as well as on whatever the violation was. Please call my office if you would like to discuss this further.
