Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I am in the US army and was arrested yesterday night in a federally owned parkling lot with is where i go for the army. I was speaking with my First Sgt and Captain and the were telling me that county cops are not allowed or permitted to arrest person on federal property. I this information accuate?
