Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
can i have a clean record ?
I have a first degree feloney conviction . the charge was posetion with intent with in 1000 ft of school. the charge accured in florida when I was 16. i'm 18 now and looking to join the millitary but can't do to the charge. Is there any way i can have the charge removed from my record and if so who should i see about doing so ?

You will need to contact an attorney in Florida who is familiar with the Florida Juvenile Justice System. Additionally, to have an offense in Florida expunged (so that you no longer have a criminal record), that would need to be done in Florida.
