Confiscated possesions

A decision was just reached on my case and i would like to retrieved my siezed possesions. I had a private lawyer but he wants to charge me for this service and i can no longer afford his services. The PD's wont help me because i had a private lawyer during the proceedings. I need help in regards to the paperwork and the steps i need to take to file a petition to retrieve my things. thank you in advance
