out of county bench warrant

how long can a county jail hold a person when it is different county with the bench warrant

Two factors are necessary to answer this question: nothing else is holding you except that bench warrant; and the 'different county' is also in pennsylvania. If both of these factors are present, the non-holding county has 30 days to pick you up from the holding county or else the holding county must release you.
