Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter boyfriend gave her permission to sign and cash his checks and now he has claimed them as stolen. My daughter has been charged with forgery/stolen property/tampering ect. The live together in Pennsylvania and have 2 boys. Can she get jail time for this? He tried to say she forged his name and stole his checks from him lastyear and it was found out that she had permission and the case was dropped. Can he get in trouble for lying and false reporting to the police? If she is convicted of forgery, what kind of sentencing is she looking at?

Whoa!! Slow down!! If he did this last year, why did she do it again this year? She really has to grab hol of herself and not be manipulated by this person. This will go onb forever and next time she may not be so lucky.

You should talk to a lawyer. No charge for a phone consultation if you want to call me at 215-732-4000
