defendent's parents

if a person plead no contest and was charged with indicent asault-M2 & corrupting the morals of a minor-the victims mother new this didn't happen and was on the side of the defense can she now sue the city for wecking her family.

You can sue for malicious prosecution but it is difficult to win, especially against a municipality.
