Delation (Private Complaint)
I found a version of the form for PA of a Private Criminal Complaint, it is about 95% the same as the one I currently hold, but in the top right corner it says citation instead of private Criminal complaint, but I still hold true to everything else that was mentioned.
So this WOuld be a citation and not a private complaint

That's good if you're the defendant. It means it is a Summary and the District Justice decides it. If you lose you can file a summary appeal.
