Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

drank something funny

I attended a party recently and took several shots of a brown liquid that I was told was tequila. it tasted funny and I was told that it might be urine. I am revolted by this, if I know who's party it was can I take any legal action against them, or those who coerced me, or the individual who's urine it was. also, how can I prove any of this? or how much would I have to??

You can file a claim against the home owner, the person who gave the party, and any of the people who tried to get you to drink the liquid knowing it was something other than what they told you.

This is fascinating. Someone else posted who was responsible for the prank asking if they can get in trouble. You can definitely claim against the homeowners, guests, and other persons.
