Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

a fair trial

what do you do if your lawyer does not represent you correctly. Or just does a bad job and does not look out for your rights. i.e. not object to the court room being filled with police (uniform officers) on a jury trial. Only one arresting officer was involved in this case. But every day 10-20 uniformed officers seat in the court room while trial was going on.

Re: a fair trial

Sounds like sour grapes to me...

A courtroom is an open to the public room, meaning anyone can sit in and listen to what's going on; would you prefer trials being conducted in secret?

If this is the best complaint you have, you obviously don't have much else you could have raised in the way of a defense. By the way, was this a privately retained lawyer or was it the public defender? That could mean a lot too...
