Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Family member had a suspended license for DUI out of state in NJ. He just took the 2 classes. His licensee was to be reinstated in August. However, yesterday he was stopped for headlight being out. Officer saw an Open beer in car, did breathalyzer, 3x over limit. Was arrested on another DUI with a suspended license. Court next week. What can happen to him now?
