Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My fiancee ex husband called children and youth on me after he had consistently called on fiancee and her 2ex older children who are not his and didnt get answer he wanted. He manipulated his 4and year old son into saying i did it. Children and youth founded it but only evidence i am aware of is word of the 4 year old who didnt become consistant until 2 weeks before before thier custody hearing of my fianc�e and her ex husband. How can i prove that i innocent.

You need to hire a lawyer to deal with children and you. You have to understand, they are the police, there rights are limited. They can't really do anything to you without a court order.
