Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
A friend of my daughters,during a visit to our home, accessed my daughters email, found a private email about my daughter, forwarded it to herself, printed, made copies and passed copies out to many people. This has caused serious emotional damage to my daughter resulting in constant horrible, nasty emails, texts and posts to her. Is this theft?

It certainly sounds like theft and may have a special provision, but the person to contact is yuur local District Attorney in the county seat of your county
