Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

my friends daughter who is now 10 had a friend of his mothers purposfully exposed himself on 4 different occasions spanning over a 3 year period. there was not talking or touching. the mother is worried that the guy will only have to pay a fine and take some classes. i was thinking there should be some jail time considering it was 4 incidents. i guess my question is what would be the chances he will have to serve any time?

It's going to depend on the type of charges the D.A. wants to proceed with. This is a serious incident. But, it's going to depend on the district attorney's office.
