Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

my husband who is currently incaarcerated in the dallas, pa state prison had his hearing in dec 2012 in front of the judge. judge gave him unsecured bail and lifted his detainer.now the problem here is that the state prisons computer syatem show he still has the local detainer on him. i explained to our attorney the problem and he keeps blowing us off asnd wont corrrect the issue. and im getting nowhere with the judgees office and courthouse, they all say go to my attorneyy. what can I DO to get the correct info about my husband having NO detainers up to the state prison

Your husband needs a writ of habeus corpus. That will bing him in front of a judge to get it solved.
