Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

light in windows

Our neighbors have a 20ft. high dusk to dawn light 500 feet to the back of their property, in the middle of a field and under our windows. The light is not on a sensor, but is controlled by him on a switch in his shed. We cannot sleep or watch TV. We have purchased room-darkening curtains and blinds and have asked him to pleasee turn it off or put on a shield. His response was NO!

Are there any laws being broken or any legal recourse we might have to stop this light from invading our home? Please help.

Re: light in windows

unless he got some kind of permit or license from the township, you can do something about it. however, it might be expensive. you definitely need a lawyer for this type of thing because its tricky. good luck
