Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
How long can someone be held in jail for 2 misdemeanors after getting picked up for 2 bench warrants Was originally put on the ARD program and failed to comply with ARD payments just wondering what the next move can be no bail or bond has been posted and have been in jail for a total of 4 days so far and no paperwork has been generated as of today
