Motion to reduce bail
Is there a length of time in which a Judge has to make a decision on a motion to reduce bail? A motion was entered on July 7, 2007 and she has not made a decision as of yet. She stated that she would make a decsion on Dec. 10th and still has made on.

I'm not aware of any specific time limit for a decision on such a motion.
