What to do when my motion to reinstate my appeal has been denied

I filed an appeal from the pleas court in Pa for two traffic summary cases.

I just got an order where the Superior Court denying my motion to reinstate my appeal.

What can I do next to win my case ?

From what you're saying, your appeal was denied for some reason by Common Pleas Court, you appealed to have it reinstated, and the Superior Court denied your appeal. Your only option to keep your case alive at this point is to appeal to the state Supreme Court within the time limits for doing so. They do not have to hear your appeal, however. It's up to them.
