Notification of pedophiles in area
Is it illegal to notify neighbors there is a ''pervert'' in their midst? This person has not been convicted of any sex crimes, but I have documentation this man gets his thrills looking at online teen and preteen girl sex acts. I know I would want this info to protect my daughters and them far away from him. Thanks so much!

Not a good idea. The person can sue you for defamation and/or intrusion upon seclusion.
