parole violation

a friend of mine was on parole and never showed up for a violation hearing. she gets her liscense back in pa but lives in maine... if she gets her liscense and attempts to get one in maine will the police in maine find out? and is the a statute of limitations for a parole violation in pa

Congratulations, your "friend" has a bench warrant out against her arrest, she is also now looking at additional criminal charges for violating her parole...and yes and when she is stopped next time around or goes to get a license, she will be arrested and detained. The real question is what was she on Parole for...?

Tell your friend to retain an attorney before this gets any worse. Currently she is a fugitive.
