Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

If a person inside a parked and locked pickup truck was holding someone else's property - e.g. cell phone - and the phone owner was outside of the truck and wanted the phone, asked repeatedly for the person to give me back my phone, unlock the doors, I want my phone, and then picked up a concrete block and commenced to bang on he truck with the block, what is the relevant crime for deliberately destroying private property? The repairs will likely cost $1K more or less.
