You can file a motion to change plea as long as it is done before sentence is imposed. There are legal requirements to the motion. You should contact an attorney.

You are likely to be able to withdraw your plea if you have not been sentenced yet. If you have been sentenced, then there are very very limited avenues of appeal, which must be filed within 30 days of sentence. You don't provide enough detail for someone to answer the question completely.
