Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I have been to P.O. Box and have not received anything and it has been over three weeks. At the end of the day I no idea what they are talking about because I did not any of the this. I have seen one page of a report that is on The Orange Street News web site. I live in New Hampshire how do I get copies of the reports and evidence so I can get these charges dropped? I need also figure out how to get a public defender.
