Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

private criminal complaints

Someone is about to file a private criminal complaint against me for a bar fight. He swung first, and there are witnesses. But his friends are probably going to testify that i swung first. The police did come to the scene and told us that it was a private matter (''he said/I said'' type thing). What happens now? What can I expect?

Re: private criminal complaints

Maybe the bar had cameras...

Who broke up the fight?

Did the other guy go to the hospital?

Mike
