Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

probation

last week my friend stole gas while i was driving her vehical i was unaware at the time thats she had intended to steal the gas i knew when we were driving i then drove a block away from the gas station and parked because we both wanted to go back and pay for it.a detective then came up and made us go back and pay which she then did...later we found out that they wanted to press charges.i want to know whats gonna most likely happen to me because i was the driver and unaware at the time she was gonna steal it.im on probation for 3 yrs and this will be my second offence with retail theft.i would like to know whats goona happen and if i need to get a lawyer please let me know soon...

Anyone facing criminal charges does need a lawyer. In your case you could get sent to jail to serve time for a probation violation. You need to secure counsel quickly to seek a resolution that makes clear you had no part in the theft.
