Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I'm on probation been on it for a year have a year left, I live in another state my probation officer tried getting me to go to my state to get on there probation but they wouldn't take me cause my offence was to minor, so then my officer told mr that I had to move to the state that I was going to be supervised in, he told me if I went in front of the judge they would make me move, so he told me to just give him a address and he wouldn't ask any questions, what can be done in this situation? Also in the court order I was supposed to go an have a alcohol drug ang mental evaluation done it's been over a year now, he's finnally making me go and the clinic is giving me a hard time cause I'm on probation and saying in need all this treatment from prior drinking problem dating back in 1994, they know I'm in a lose lose situation so they can say whatever they want I can't afford to go 5 days a week to there program, so if I don't go I'll be in violation, what do I do? Thank you do much.
