Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

rights of a child

my daughter was being watched by a person who was convicted on 3 M2 for indecent assault without consent with a child. she has two other cases about molestation. we didn't know her background until Saturday. CYS said that if nothing happen that there was nothing they could do. Also said that there was just little info they could give us. what we already knew. As far as we know now she wasn't even allowed to babysit kids because the molestation charges. Is there anything legally by law we can do

Re: rights of a child

Step 1 would be to find another babysitter. As to what can be done to the babysitter that depends. The question is what do you want to see happen? If she hasn't hurt your child then drop her as a babysitter and stay away from her.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
