Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

i got a subpoena for a case by the commenwealth of pa where i have no facts to help the case.

how do i avoid going to court for this subpoena

You should contact the the District Attorney's Office and talk to someone. You may think you have no relevant information, but obviously someone in the Office disagrees. Maybe you can convince the DA on the case otherwise during the telephone call; maybe not. Recognize, however, that if you don't voluntarily appear in court, the hearing or trial may be postponed so that your appearance can be secured -- with the assistance of the local Sheriff or police department. In other words, if you don't go, you can be arrested and taken to court to testify.
