Teenage Father

My girlfriend is 15 and she is 5 months prgnant with my child. Her parents are threatening to send her out of state to her dads to live without my knowlege. is that legal??

That would be a question for Family Law Attorneys. If however you are more than 4 years old than your girlfriend you will need a criminal defense attorney.
