Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
If a victim of domestic abuse signs a subpoena at the post office to appear in court after the abuser was arrested and being held on $5,000.00 bail pending the hearing and the victim does not appear, what are the consequences for the victim's failure to appear in court. In addition the criminal was on State parole already.
