I have a vop hearing and my probation is exp is that legal?

It certainly raises my eyebrow. Perhaps the violation occurred during your probation, but it's taken this long to get a hearing date?

If I were you, I'd bring your paperwork to an criminal defense attorney and sit down with him/her for a consult. You need to have this figured out before you walk into the courtroom. Of course, you could call your probation officer and inquire that way too. Best of luck to you.

Was there a financial aspect to the probation...and if so, are you paid in full?
